Self-contained
motel type unit, consisting of one bedroom with a Queen Size,
& Futon Sofa Bed. Television, clock radio, and electric room
heater.En-suite
bathroom, equipped with large shower, toilet, hand basin, plus
a washing machine and wash basin, free Gas hot water. A fully
equipped kitchen including Refrigerator, Gas Top Cooker, &
Wall Oven, Microwave and Electric Jug, plus a complete range
of Crockery and Cutlery.
Shared use
of kitchen facilities and club room, if during that period of
occupancy, IPA monthly meetings are held “Guests” would be
expected to share the kitchen and club rooms during meeting
times.
Bed Linen
has already been included as part of the Tariff, along with
Guests towels and associated necessities.
